Brian, thanks for your interest in boot camp (as well as your editing suggestion). Empower Hour Boot Camps are offered Mon, Wed and Fri @ 6am, 7am and 3pm. We just started week 3 of a 6 week phase which will end April 10. The next phase will resume on April 20th for another 6 weeks. Feel free to come in tomorrow to start your free 1 week trial (you can start anytime, just give me a heads up when). There’s no commitment. If raising your metabolism, burning body fat and getting fit are part of your fitness goals than I’m sure you will enjoy camp.

These boot camps are awesome! Mat does an excellent job of making a very hard and efficient workout. I definitely recommend coming no matter what shape you are in.

I am interested in your bootcamp, 1 week free. What does the 3 week course cost?

Chet, thanks for your interest in boot camp. It is a lot of fun and rewarding. The price depends on how many times a week you come. The “best results package” is 3 x wk at $20/session. The “economical package” is 2 x week at $25/session. And the “better than nothing” 1 x wk is $30.

Do people usually just come for one phase, and do you recommend to start at the beginning of the phase?

31 07 2009

Most campers do more than 1 phase. But, most people are looking for results that require more than 4-7 weeks. And you can start at anytime during a phase, so you don’t need to start at the beginning of the phase.

Brian, I’ll give you 2 weeks free to “kick the tires” risk free (no commitment). After the free trial, I ask for a 3 or 12 month commitment, paid monthly. But, I only allow new campers in during the first 2 weeks of a phase. You are in luck, a new phase starts tomorrow (April 12). Let me know if you’re interested in a free trial.

Hi Matt – how many workouts/wk. does the Groupon $49/4 wk. boot camp deal include?

31 12 2011
matgover

Karen the deal is for 4 weeks (I’ve never offered this length of a deal before) you can attend up to 5 days a week. MWF are 1 hour boot camps focusing on strength training and the TTh cardio camps are 30 min long with more of a cardio emphasis.
