At EXL we have I have a lot of veteran clients (folks that have been with me for years and even decades) they don’t need as much attention, which gives the EXL trainers the freedom to to spend a lot of one on one time with new clients. What we’ve learned is that if we spend a lot of time on the front end with new clients they require less coaching later. We literally hold new clients hands throughout the workout. It’s like getting a one on one session within a group setting.
Bonus, all the veteran EXL clients are so supportive and friendly. It’s not uncommon for veterans to take new clients under their wing and follow up with them later after a workout.
